We were blown away when we pulled onto the secluded property covered with trees and walked around to the backyard to see nothing but the sea and Trinidad village. The home was older but had character and it was very clean. The sunsets were spectacular which we enjoyed from the deck. Every single window (there are many) had a view. The mornings were just as beautiful as the sun rose. We cooked most days and did find the restaurants limited, but that’s not what we came for. Our favorite was Seascape on the pier. The grocery store had everything we needed and was five minutes from home. I fell while hiking and broke my ankle and the property manager, Hope was very kind about my worry of the place being sufficiently clean per their instructions as my poor husband had to do it all and I couldn’t check his work - Ha! Hope offered me help if I needed anything. All in all a beautiful retreat despite the outcome. We will be back!" (5/5)
