Also The ceiling fan in that room in-operative. All 3 sliding screens to the decks were very difficult to open and close. Also rot in the floorboards on decks. The rugs in front of sofa and under the bed were filthy. The living room sofa also was covered with stains and accumulations. The kitchen lacked adequate silverware. The house could use a deep clean, cobwebs, dirty windows and spider poop. It was very disappointing that the propery hasn't been maintained. It's such a lovely house on the water. Once we got to the house...the view from the deck is otherworldly. The house was very clean and had a lot of good information in a notebook which I highly suggest you look at. The bed upstairs was very comfortable and having it face out to the water was great. Everything in the house worked just as it should. And oh my gosh sitting in a hot tub looking at the ocean? I mean, come on. Not only was this a place to hang out and just sit out on the deck and look at the water, but it's very close to a lot of Beaches and is a 4-minute drive away from the Trinidad Head trailhead. I believe it was also about a 30-minute drive to the ladybird Johnson redwood trail. I could go on but basically everything that they tell you they have they've got, we made a lot of nice meals in the kitchen and spent a lot of time on the decks. Would absolutely stay here again."
